This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased directly through NotifyHub at web-notify-hub.demomeb.com. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms of this policy. This policy does not apply to free plan users, custom enterprise arrangements, or third-party resellers.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the Services within the first 30 days following your initial paid subscription, you may request a full refund of the subscription fee paid for that billing cycle.

After the 30-day money-back guarantee period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period. However, we may issue refunds or account credits at our sole discretion in the following exceptional circumstances:

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider rather than contacting us directly, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence to your bank. We encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to resolving any billing disputes promptly and fairly.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal from distance contracts within 14 days of purchase under Directive 2011/83/EU. Please contact us at billing@notifyhub.com to exercise your withdrawal right.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
